Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a well

MANGO BREAD

Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups diced mangos
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs. Stir in dry
ingredients, mangos and lemon juice. Pour into 2 8" loaf pans. Bake at
350' for 1 hour or until loaf tests done. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove
from pans and cool thoroughly. For best results, wrap in foil and serve
the following day.

MANGO-BANANA OATMEAL MUFFINS

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup banana, mashed
1/2 cup mango, chopped
Directions
Combine flours, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt,
cinnamon. Cut in butter, then moisten with milk, egg and vanilla mixture.
Fold in banana and mango. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan 2/3 full
and bake at 400' for 20 to 25 minutes.

BANANA MANGO BREAD

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tsp. double acting baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar, loosely packed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup ripe bananas, mashed (approx. 4 bananas)
1 cup ripe mango, finely diced (approx. 1 to 2 mangos)
1 tbsp. citrus juice

Preheat
oven to 350'F. Butter loaf pan. Combine flour and other dry ingredients.
Cream together butter and sugar, adding vanilla and eggs. Mix well and
gradually fold in flour mixture. Drizzle mango with citrus juice and add
with bananas to bread mixture. After thoroughly combining, pour into pan and
place in oven for approx. 1 hour.

11/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup vegetable oil
11/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 cups diced mango
1/4 cup flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease one pound loaf pan or
bundt pan. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl.
Make a well and add the remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Pour
