 MANGO LASSI

 

           
Recipe-I  
Ingredients
 
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped mango (peeled and stone removed)
4 teaspoons sugar, to taste
A dash of ground cardamom (optional)
Directions Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into individual glasses, and serve. Can sprinkle with a little cardamom. The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Makes about 2 cups.
   
Recipe-II  
Ingredients
  2 ripe mangoes
2-3 tablespoons honey or to taste
1/2 cup milk
1 cup yogurt
Directions

Peel the mango skin, discard seed and cut the mangoes into small pieces. Combine all the ingredients in an electronic mixer or blender and blend well. Make sure the mangoes are completely blended into juice. Adjust the ingredients as per your taste, pour into glasses, freeze in the fridge for 30 minutes or serve immediately.

   
Recipe-III  
Ingredients
 
1 cup Curd (Dahi, plain non-fat Yogurt)
1cup peeled and chopped Ripe Mango (Aam)
2 tblsp Sugar (Cheeni) or to taste
1/4th tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder, optional)
Few Ice-cubes
